1. Order Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. How to Cancel an Order

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Repeated cancellations of COD orders may result in restrictions on future orders.

5. Cancellation by Angrez Jaipur
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing errors

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

6. Late Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests made after dispatch will not be accepted. However, you may refer to our Exchange & Return Policy for further assistance.
